QJoy partners with Project Impact & Camp Paha for QJoy Denver.

QJoy Denver participants attend Project Impact and work at Camp Paha. QJoy provides an orientation during work hours the first week or Project Impact. After Project Impact concludes, QJoy provides housing and food during the final week of working at Camp Paha. There will also be an exit interview for QJoy Denver participants at the conclusion of the program.

Cost: $300 partnership fee (does not include the cost for Project Impact)

Project Impact

Project Impact is an eight-week long, discipleship training program. Students who attend Project Impact live in community with a small group of students who are eager to grow in their relationship with God. During Project Impact, students get a 9-5 job and the evenings and weekends are reserved for doing Bible studies, discipleship, learning life-on-life skills, and serving in the local church.

Camp Paha

Camp Paha is a recreational day camp for youth and young adults with disabilities. It is the "job" part of Project Impact. Students who are a part of QJoy Denver will work at Camp Paha Monday through Friday throughout the summer. Camp Paha gives the QJoy Denver participants a summer-long opportunity to get exposure and experiences working with children and young adults with disabilities.

Since QJoy partners with Project Impact and Camp Paha, there is a three-part application and acceptance for QJoy Denver
Applicants must be accepted to all of the following to participate:

1. QJoy International:
The QJoy International staff will review applications and also set up a video interview with applicants.

2. Project Impact:
The Project Impact staff will review applications.

3. Camp Paha:
The Camp Paha administration will review applications for Camp Paha and will schedule a group interview with applicants. Applicants must pass a background check to be hired.

Applications for QJoy Denver 2024 are due February 1st, 2024.

You must apply to both QJoy Denver and Project Impact. You do this by filling out the Project Impact application on Google Forms indicate that you are applying for QJoy Denver and request that your application be forwarded to qjoyinternational@gmail.com. You will also need to have your references emailed to us as well. If you have any issues, please email us at qjoyinternational.com.

After receiving your application, we will schedule a video interview with you. You can expect to hear back from QJoy International about your acceptance to the QJoy by early March 2024.
