Doug Robinson

Doug grew up in Boulder, Colorado and met his wife Jody in High School. Doug and Jody have been married for over 40 years and have three children. Doug’s youngest son, Shaun was born with Down Syndrome. Shaun has been a blessing from God, and with God’s help, Shaun has taught Doug and Jody much about life, love, and patients. Doug graduated from the University of Colorado with an Engineering Degree and enjoyed a successful career as an engineer and in various management positions. During his career he traveled extensively both internationally and throughout the US. Doug has retired from his corporate endeavors and stays busy managing and maintaining rental properties and helping Shaun stay active and engaged in life.

Morgan Pauley

Morgan is the wife of Landon and the mother of three young, growing boys. In addition to being a wife and mother, she works as a social worker with Nightlight, a Christian adoption agency, where she helps families with foster care and adoptions. She has been involved with QJoy since 2015 and has been part of both local and international teams. She has a big heart for QJoy’s Kenya partnership and loves the kids she has worked with there through the years.

Trent Pruett

Trent is a husband to his wife Kaylynne and a father of three. He has worked as a nurse for more than ten years. He is a brother of Quinn and Alyssa Joy, the inspiration for QJoy. He has served overseas with QJoy’s camps in Kenya and has a heart to see children with disabilities and their families experience the love of Jesus.

Justin Mier

Justin was born and raised in Boulder, CO with 3 sisters and later got his degree in Technical Theatre from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He currently work as an Audio Visual Technician for a company that mainly works with events at hotels. Justin met his beautiful and loving wife Maya through the Christian Challenge collegiate ministry at CU Boulder. He is a father to two wonderful children. A few of his hobbies (apart from hanging out with my wife and kids!) include: listening, playing, and/or making music, learning and messing around with certain audio projects, enjoying the outdoors by hiking, running, or just taking little walks, and playing board/card games. God has been continually growing his heart for the world and especially for the “least of these”. He has enjoyed the opportunity to serve and grow by being a part of the QJoy International board, and he looks forward to the amazing things the Lord will continue to do and through QJoy.

Aubrey Yeh

Aubrey Yeh works as an educator for the local school district in Boulder, Colorado. She first got involved with QJoy through her connection to the Pruett family, especially working with both Quinn and Alyssa when she was in college. She has a heart for serving kids of all abilities and their families, whether they are in the United States or anywhere else in the world! Aubrey has traveled internationally several times, and also spends her time advocating for students from all walks of life in Boulder. Serving with QJoy gives her the chance to bring these passions together and be a part of God's kingdom here on earth!
